What’s new in this update?
The update introduces a new external screen smart pop-up window with a focus notification card, enabling users to view important information like travel details, food delivery progress, and verification codes directly on the external screen without opening the phone.
Additionally, users can now open apps directly by tapping on external screen widgets, providing quicker and more convenient access to frequently used apps.

Furthermore, the external screen now supports additional applications, including Mi Home and Happy Match, expanding its usability and making it more versatile for everyday tasks.
Along with these new features, Xiaomi has also optimized the overall system stability, ensuring a smoother and more reliable user experience. The dark mode input experience on the external screen has also been refined, providing better visibility and ease of use in low-light conditions.
In terms of app compatibility, the update has improved the external screen’s adaptation for popular apps like WeChat and Douyin, ensuring that these apps run more seamlessly on the smaller display. Xiaomi Mix Flip Quick Specifications
The Xiaomi Mix Flip, launched earlier this year, features a 6.86-inch internal 1.5K LTPO display with up to 3000 nits peak brightness, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and UTG glass protection. The external display is a 4-inch 1.5K panel with similar brightness and HDR capabilities.
It is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with Adreno 750 GPU, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The device runs on Xiaomi HyperOS based on Android 14 and includes a 50MP rear camera, 32MP front camera, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a 4780mAh battery with 67W fast charging.
