The Mijia Air Fryer S1 6L features a 360° circular hot airflow system, eliminating the need to flip food during cooking. This is made possible by dual-wing spiral fan blades and a patented cyclone frying basket. It also includes a 6.5-inch viewing window, 118% larger than that of the Mijia Air Fryer Pro 4L, allowing for easier monitoring of the cooking process.

The interior of the Mijia Air Fryer S1 6L is constructed with high-quality metal, making it resistant to high temperatures and easy to clean. Both the frying basket and the basket itself are made from food-grade non-stick materials.
The device offers a wide temperature range from 40°C to 210°C, allowing it to handle various cooking tasks such as defrosting, fermentation, yogurt making, and preparing dried fruits.
