iQOO is also gearing up to launch the iQOO 13 with the same SoC. While we’ve seen occasional hints about the phone, a new leak reveals its key specifications and launch timeline for the Indian market.
Looking at the leaked specs, the iQOO 13 seems well-equipped for the competition. The phone is rumored to feature a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, reportedly using a BOE-made panel.

Powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, the iQOO 13 is expected to offer up to 512GB of storage and up to 16GB of RAM for heavy multitasking.
The camera setup is said to differ from its predecessor, the iQOO 12. Additional leaked details suggest the iQOO 13 will come with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, a large 6,150mAh battery supporting 100W fast charging, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The phone may also have a metal frame and a “Halo” light strip for added style.
