The cooker features IH stereoscopic high heat and 360° electromagnetic heating for even heat distribution, enhancing rice aroma and flavor. Unlike traditional bottom-heating models, this design ensures evenly cooked, plump rice. It features 1000W power and 3D self-heating technology, that offers rapid boiling and precise heat control.

The Mijia IH Rice Cooker S1 comes with a 6-layer flame stove pot, 2.0mm thick, designed to lock in heat efficiently. It features a food-grade non-stick coating, making it durable, wear-resistant, and easy to clean.

The cooker also includes Xiaomi’s “Perfect Cooking” system, with a 9-stage temperature control curve, developed by testing over 3,000 types of rice for precise cooking and superior results.

It includes a 26-minute quick cook option and a detachable dual-pump foam breaker to prevent overflow and enhance flavor.
