The first COO Internship Program in Europe, launched as part of Bitget’s #Blockchain4Youth initiative, concluded with several exciting milestones. The COO Internship Program offered a unique opportunity for young talent to gain practical experience in the blockchain field. The program started with a focus on the European market and exceeded initial expectations, with 25 interns selected from various EU countries, 17 of whom successfully completed the program.

Throughout the program, participants undertook various strategic tasks including market research, go-to-market (GTM) strategy execution, and organizing in-person meetups. The program concluded with six successful offline events in Serbia, Cyprus, Greece, Croatia, and Romania, attracting over 210 attendees.
These meetups, despite being held during the summer and with limited preparation time, played a crucial role in raising Bitget’s brand awareness and driving community engagement in these regions.
A highlight of the program was that the top three performing interns earned an exclusive opportunity to travel to Dubai for a three-day mentorship program. This unique experience provided invaluable insights into the daily responsibilities and challenges faced by senior business leaders, working directly with Vugar Usi Zade, COO of Bitget.
