Samsung Galaxy Wide 7 visits Google Play Console

The South Korean tech giant’s Galaxy Wide 7 was spotted on the Google Play Console (Via TheTechoutlook) listing carrying the SM-M156S model number. The online database confirms that it is equipped with the MediaTek MT6835V/ZA chipset, which is the Dimensity 6100+. This CPU has two cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six cores with a 2GHz frequency, and it is paired with Mali G57 GPU. Samsung’s new smartphone will also run on the Android 14 OS based One UI custom skin out of the box.

The listing also revealed that it may launch in three RAM configurations, namely 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB. On the front, the Google Play Console suggests that it has a 450DPI and 1080 x 2340 pixel resolution or FHD+. Unfortunately, no other finer details were shared on the certification like its battery, camera, or release date. But going by these specifications, it might have features similar to the Galaxy M15. This model was silently launched back in March 2024 with the Dimensity 6100+ SoC.

The M15 housed a massive 6,000mAh battery pack that is paired with 25W wired fast charging. It sports a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display that has a 1080 x 2340 resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, 850 nits of peak brightness, and a 13-megapixel selfie shooter. Meanwhile, the rear has a triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. Other notable features include a side mounted fingerprint scanner, Android 14 OS based One UI 6 custom skin, and Bluetooth 5.3.Samsung Galaxy Wide 7 certified with Galaxy M15’s specs
